The archaeologist
-
Where do you come from, Archeologist?
- Aniere, there is a visible evidence of something that is no longer present
in this place. Guess what!
- Haven't you been excavating vestiges and remains of former habitations?
- Look at these tablets. They are made of clay and they bear inscriptions which
are our first written testimonies.
Sumerians were the first to keep their history on files.
- But where are you?
- I am in the center. I'm looking for the "travel
journals" with you. It's there that you'll find them.
- Here? In Ebla's library?
- Yes, it is one and even the first archive center of human history. I'm
working on vestiges of human activities. These
documents are records of a neolithic population.
- You know what Archeologist? I think Homo sapiens never progressed beyond their
first arrival on Earth. For
the 100.000 years that they were on Earth, they never succeeded in evolving
their intelligence. I believe all the knowledge that they gained in a sense
was lost in others.
- Aniere, Man is in continual
progress.
- Progress, progress! Ah! But you make me bray! Listen to that, I
think man can't evolve whilst he remains unable to respect and love his neighbour.
Man is still a criminal...
- Do you know the tell-tale revelation of scientists ? They think that it would be possible for a specific chromosome to control the development of that heredity.
-
So what are they doing? We should think that during this
process of growth, men would go on and on by projecting peace on Earth.
Man advances in a head over heels in the fullness of this war time. Don't you
think Man should realise his mistakes? Scientists should help and be logical
right to the end if they want at least to seem believable.
Archaeologist, listen to me. If I say to you : The
Euphrate river has a heart, will you make excavations in the Euphrate river
to find a heart there?
Then
if I say to a primitive man, the Euphrate river has a heart, I know that he
will seek out the total personality of the river. He follows his own logic...
And more over, he will find it!
I wish scientists assumed their own logic as primitive men did. I wish they
wouldn't fear in going to the end of their research.
You know what? I believe as much in the logic of primitive thought as I do in
the scientific one. I know that behind all that, there is a unit.
- Which unit?
-
Unit is a state of being combined with others to form a greater whole.
Unit is Light.
By penetrating to the depth of one's being, in fact, the greatest whole,
one speaks to oneself with a divine inspiration like a prophet. This artifact
is an archeological idea.
The Verb is a translation to another type of divine inspiration
to change the condition of Man.
- Have you seen Oriane's
enclosure?
